Impervious.ai - Hack for Freedom 21' - Virtual Hackathon - Announced!

Additional Hack-for-Freedom Details and Registration Will Be Posted in Early July.

Start Date: Aug 4, 2021

End Date/Demo Day: August 20, 2021

Hack-for-Freedom will serve as both the Impervious API & VPN public launch event and as a call to action for the community to explore initial use cases that can most immediately benefit from and incorporate P2P, cryptographically secure, streaming communications channels.

The hackathon's theme is building on the Impervious API & Lightning Powered VPN to counter censorship and intermediary control of data. Supported examples include streaming video, audio (VoIP) and text P2P.

Participants of the virtual hackathon will have two weeks to work on their projects and will compete for $25,000 (paid in BTC) in cash prizes! Tier 1 VC's that actively invest in bitcoin enabled technology companies will serve as hackathon judges - Christopher Calicott of Trammell Venture Partners, Hank Thomas of Strategic Cyber Ventures and Brian Murray of Craft Ventures.
